Saint Paul's Episcopal Church was established in 1750 by the Church of England at the site of Fort Augusta. Although not the original, this lovely historic downtown church is located on the Riverwalk.

I retired from a 25 year career on Wall Street and relocated to Augusta, GA in 2009.
I spend my time trying to improve my skills as a photographer when I'm not volunteering at the Augusta Public Library. I'm a big francophile trying to become a francophone and I love Paris.
"To be a photographer, one must photograph. No amount of book learning, no checklist of seminars attended, can substitute for the simple act of making pictures. Experience is the best teacher of all. And for that, there are no guarantees that one will become an artist. Only the journey matters". Harry Callahan
"Nothing happens when you sit at home. I always make it a point to carry a camera with me at all times...I just shoot at what interests me at that moment". Elliott Erwitt
I like the architecture of this church and the view is very scenic.
