Wow! I've never seen a frozen fountain like this. They always turn the water off for the winter months were I am at. So this is very unique for me to see.
I agree with Nathalie about the wedding cake image. This is cool (literally, too :-) ). I have not visited your fair state more than to transfer planes in Atlanta, but just don't have this picture in mind when I think of your area. Very fun to see. -Kim

I retired from a 25 year career on Wall Street and relocated to Augusta, GA in 2009.
I spend my time trying to improve my skills as a photographer when I'm not volunteering at the Augusta Public Library. I'm a big francophile trying to become a francophone and I love Paris.
"To be a photographer, one must photograph. No amount of book learning, no checklist of seminars attended, can substitute for the simple act of making pictures. Experience is the best teacher of all. And for that, there are no guarantees that one will become an artist. Only the journey matters". Harry Callahan
"Nothing happens when you sit at home. I always make it a point to carry a camera with me at all times...I just shoot at what interests me at that moment". Elliott Erwitt
I don't mind you posting this photo again, it's an absolute stunner. Looks like a wedding cake.

No wonder I couldn't find any working fountains in Little Rock! Too bad, cause this one sure is pretty!
